All our digital products are delivered exclusively by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a download link or the attached files within a maximum of [Insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours].

If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at pictures@cymsconsulting.ch.
Issues and Claims:

If you find a defect or error in the file received, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, providing a description of the issue along with proof (screenshot, error message, etc.). We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution (replacement file or correction).

Claims made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be considered.
